How this company handles what you send
Murfreesboro Towing Co wrote this notice for murfreesborotowingco.com, the number (615) 729-8854, and the mailbox info@murfreesborotowingco.com. It does not describe any other towing site.
Details a job may include
If you phone, email, or fill out the form, we receive only what you choose to give: a name, a way to reach you, and the story of the vehicle. We do not purchase lead lists, and we do not rent those notes to anyone.
Why the notes exist
Dispatchers keep them so the right truck can find you and so the invoice matches the work. A quote you requested may get a return call or email about that quote. Nothing in the file is used to pitch products that have nothing to do with the tow.
Website tools
Formspree receives the form so a person can read it. A hidden field labels the message as coming from Murfreesboro Towing Co. A CallScaler tracking script loads in the page head so we can tell that a call or a form began on this domain. That connection is for dispatch. It is not packaged for data brokers.
Who else might hear about a job
An insurer hears about a wreck only when you ask us to speak with them. A lot hears about a private-property tow only because that lot's manager ordered the pickup. Those are the edges of the job, not a mailing list.
Requests you can make
Phone or email us and you can ask for a copy of the notes, a correction, deletion, or no further contact once the vehicle has been delivered.
Transport
The site is served with HTTPS. Job notes are opened by the people dispatching or finishing that job.
If this notice changes
The revised wording replaces this page. We do not keep a separate list just to announce edits.
